About The House
The Setting
The 5 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath House has a total of 15 rooms in an open floorplan overlooking 100+ feet of private white sand beach, a dock with 2 boat lifts, and a heated pool and hot tub. The landscaping is primarily edible tropical fruits and berries for guests to enjoy.
A Protected Beach
The house is located at the Northern tip of Gasparilla Island where the white sand of the Gulf wraps around the island, but out of the main waves action of the Gulf.
Boater's Paradise
The Brazilian Hardwood dock has a 5,000 lb capacity lift for Guests to use and a 24' Sea Fox on a 10,000 lb capacity lift that Guests with boating experience can rent while staying at the house.
Pool and Hot Tub
The heated pool and hot tub area includes a gas grill and all the deck, rocking chairs, and tables needed to have a perfect afternoon.

Upstairs Master Bedroom
The best room to wake up in! Amazing views of the beach, pool, dock, Bird Key and Little Gasparilla Island from your own "turret" with windows in nearly every direction and a sliding door and deck to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. Super comfy king bed.
Upstairs Master Bath
Large jetted bathtub, separate shower and toilet enclosures, and two bathroom sinks. Sunset views towards the Gulf of Mexico.
Upstairs Workout Room and Office
The perfect place to do a bit of Yoga or hide from the kids. Pilates machine, yoga mats, hand weights, etc.
Main Level King Bedroom
Ensuite King room with sliding glass door to the main deck and views of the tropical fruit forest, beach, and dock.
