Beachfront Boca Grande isn't just a house full of toys, it's a fully sustainable base for adventure, designed to be as fully self-sufficient as possible. We generate much of our own power, heat, and water, and almost every tree on the property grows a unique and delicious tropical fruit for you to enjoy.
Sustainability
We aren't "off-grid" but we're close... our power is generated by 32 solar panels, our water heated by a solar hot water system, and our landscaping is watered by the rain that falls on our roof, stored in 1000-gallon tanks.
Food Forest
For nearly a decade we have been replacing "traditional" landscaping with a tropical food forest. From coconuts to key limes, mangoes, and more, please enjoy the natural bounty around the property. Something delicious will be ripening just in time for your arrival!
